Privacy Information for Authorized Testing
VC3 is preparing its full Privacy Notice before official launch. This interim information describes the current testing platform and is subject to legal review.
Account and testing information
The platform stores account details you supply, authentication and security records, subscription preferences, enquiries, and service activity needed to operate and test VC3. Passwords are stored as hashes. Session cookies support sign-in. Optional Google sign-in and Resend email delivery use their respective providers.
Notifications and enquiries
You may change optional email subscriptions or turn them all off at any time. Account verification, password resets, security notices and essential service communications are separate. A contact enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies, media and tracking
VC3 uses session and security mechanisms. Video players, embedded content and integrations can involve third-party services. The complete inventory of cookies, analytics and consent requirements is pending pre-launch review.
